AESC VALUES OUR JUNIOR PLAYERS
AESC’s vision for our junior players and their development is to promote and cultivate a true love for the game of soccer.
Our junior development program is geared to promote overall health, building self-esteem and working as a team to progress our players skills and love for the sport.
AESC’s objective as a club is to create an environment that’s inclusive, fun and to maintain a strong player development program.
AESC with the help of Football Victoria (FV) have developed a well defined and supported junior development program. The club can cater for children of all ages with varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
