Founded in 1982 in Wiley Park NSW, M&J Chickens started out as a small deli.
While we have significantly grown since then, our focus has – and always will be – on delivering quality and consistent products, with a view to continually improve our process and reach.

We’re always looking for ways to be better at what we do and how we do it. Over the years, our strong growth has meant we’re able to meet the demands of the Australian market and export premium products to multiple international locations.

We care about where our chickens come from and how they get to you.

That’s why we only source from farmers who use RSPCA-approved farming techniques. Plus, our boning automation is one of the best in the country with state-of-the-art cutting and x-ray technology.

We secure our pricing long-term and invest in our relationship with our suppliers. By maintaining long-term contracts with our suppliers, we’re able to provide consistent pricing to you, our customers.

M&J Chickens also uses SGS Australia to audit our factories. We’re always ensuring we align with the HACCP standard and our own quality assurance programs.
