MAJOR COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT

Introducing our new head coach, Craig Filer. 

After playing semi-professional football in the UK, a career-ending injury at 24 led Craig to pursue coaching. After obtaining his UEFA coaching credentials, Craig showcased his expertise at two professional clubs in Bristol Rovers and Newport County. 

In 2013, seeking a fresh challenge, Craig and his family moved to Melbourne. Right away, he took up coaching roles at both Altona City and Point Cook, clinching championships with both clubs.  By 2018, Craig’s talent was vastly recognised and he obtained roles throughout the NPL, quickly establishing himself as a knowledgeable and well respected figure in Victorian Football.

We look forward to seeing Craig get to work and go for his third championship in Australia.
